Our Founders;
Rafil Khatib
Technical Director
A Cambridge University Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) graduate, Rafil’s 35-year career has spanned oil & gas, telecommunications, media & technology, rail and consulting, in a variety of technical, commercial, strategic, procurement, cost management and programme/project management roles. He has worked for a wide range of companies including BP, BT, C&W, Capita, TfL, Telent, Virgin Media and in entrepreneurial start-ups and consultancies.
Notable projects include Wi-Fi on the London Underground for the 2012 Olympics and establishing an on-train-Wi-Fi programme for 4000 vehicles.
Rafil also co-founded Cobham Free School, a pioneering all-through school for 1000 pupils, which is how he and Howard met.
Howard Morris
Commercial Director
A chartered surveyor with over 30 years in the property industry, Howard has been responsible for the concept, implementation and delivery of some of the most successful development projects in the UK. His career has ranged from providing major retail and leisure developments during the 1990's, to high profile major mixed use regeneration schemes in more recent years. Howard has held a number of senior posts at director level within a number of companies including Wilson Connolly plc. (now Taylor Wimpey plc.), London Merchant Securities plc, and Muse Developments, the mixed use regeneration subsidiary of Morgan Sindall plc.
In more recent years Howard has acted as property consultant advising private and public sector land owners on major mixed-use developments and set up a free school.
